How can you accomplish this? The quick answer is: Do not mention to the prospect what you’re selling until you know they will buy it!
It’s as simple as that.
During the qualifying section of the Inviting Formula, you simply ask what your prospect needs/wants or doesn’t want. By doing this, you’re basically asking them what they WILL buy. Once you find that out, use it as your selling point. This is what they will buy! How do you know for sure they will buy it? They said they would!
As an example, if I’m talking with an MLM business prospect who answered an ad for “working from home,” I then ask them why they would want to work from home. If they say, “So I can spend more time with my children” – that is what the prospect will buy!
I don’t know if he’ll buy, “debt free company with 12 international patents.” I don’t know if he’ll buy -”my upline is making $20,000 per month.” But what I know he’ll buy is – “spend more time with my children.” So that’s all I sell!
In another example, let’s suppose your MLM business is focused on selling skin care products. You tell that person you have a product that gets rid of pimples and that person replies, “I don’t get pimples.” Well, you just destroyed your sale. From that point it’s very awkward to back up and say, “Well I have a product that reduces wrinkles.”
Instead, start by asking something like, “Do you use skin care products?” “What do you use them for?” With the answers you get, you’re able to communicate and sell them what they need, not what they don’t need.
A sharp salesperson knows exactly what their customer should buy, even more than the customer. If a person walks into a store to buy a drill bit, for example, the smart hardware salesperson will ask enough questions to get all the information before they make a recommendation. Questions like, “How big of a hole do you need?” “How deep do you need the hole?” “What material are you drilling through?” By asking the right questions, that salesperson will sell exactly what that prospect needs. You see, the prospect didn’t need a drill bit; they needed a hole.
Another angle on this is to eliminate what your prospect doesn’t want and then use that data to figure out the right products for them.
In short the success of your MLM business depends on your ability to sell. A) You must know how to sell your product. B) You have to know how to sell your MLM business opportunity. And, C) you must provide the right MLM training so the people you sponsor know how to do both A and B listed above.

Find a mentor or a coach who can teach you how to become successful. If a mentor doesn’t appear ask people in your company to suggest somebody who can help you.
Be picky. Ask questions, and don’t settle until you find somebody who knows the things you don’t know. Whatever you do, listen to your new coach and then do what he or she says to do, no matter what.
The difference between massive MLM success and humiliating failure often depends entirely on your willingness to admit that you don’t know everything, combined with your desire to apply what you learn.

Being Successful in MLM Means Identifying your Audience Though the Right Network Marketing Training

All you need to do is just get two who get two who get two, and you’ll be able to buy that small country you dreamed of! No network marketing training provided!!
Sorry to burst your happy little bubble here but listen up. A basic rule of marketing is that you are not trying to sell your product to everyone, and yes good network marketing training is required. If you’re not prepared to learn, do something else.
When Apple launched the iPhone, research suggested that 15% of mobile phone users in USA would possibly be interested in buying an iPhone. This might shock you a little but 15% is GOOD! Most people would be happy with a 1% or 2% market share. They know that even out of the 50 million potential iPhone users out there, not everyone wants an iPhone! Why, because everyone is different, regardless of how good the iPhone is, not everyone needs it or wants it. Apple wanted 1 million sales to consider their product launch a success, out of 50 million that’s not much (get out your calculator and see what Apple were aiming for)
Now, take my word for it, not everyone needs or wants your product. I’m sorry, I wish they did, there’d be a ton of successful network marketers out there if this was true, far more than those have completed network marketing training and reaped the benefits. But no matter how good your product is, no matter how much you know they will benefit from your product, not…everyone…wants…it.
So who does? How do you find out who does? How do you reach these people? Identifying your target audience is about getting inside their head a little which I will discuss in another article. Any decent network marketing training program will teach you all this in far greater detail though.
We’ll try a little example so you get the idea. How about multivitamins? Teenagers won’t think they need it, sports people maybe, mums…who knows? The people that DO need a multivitamin, are those who are concerned about their health whatever age group they are, agreed? Who is most concerned about their health? People that are getting on a little in age and their body isn’t doing quite what it used to be, sounds reasonable?
Once you have figured out those things and they are clear in your head, you can craft a message to that particular group of people that yanks their attention to your amazing product and they buy it, and yes you need to have done some form of network marketing training to do this right – no one built a house without learning how to first…
True marketing is not convincing people to buy your product. True marketing is sorting through the masses to find the people who want what you have and delivering it to them in such a fashion they can’t wait to get their hands on it, because it WILL fulfill their need/want/desire. Learn how to do this with the right network marketing training and you’re definitely on a path to that financial freedom that eludes so many.

What Does a MLM or Network Marketing Guru Know That you Perhaps Don’t?
Posted on 04/23/12 by aamlmtraHave you ever been in the situation where you have joined your MLM or Network Marketing Company, made the commitment to give it a go and then six months later you have no upline support. I don’t necessarily mean your immediate sponsor I mean your whole support system. They have become too involved in their day to day or they have not received cashflow quickly so they have lost interest.
The fact of the matter is that you as well could very well go along the same lines. It happens all the time. In fact 95% of people who join MLM or Network Marketing quit, so what about the 5% of people who stay what happens to them.
Well a lot of them have a huge belief in the system they know it works and admire the people that it has worked for, but they simply keep spending themselves broke because they like the product/company so keep working their business without progressing very far at all. Only 1% of people who join MLM ever become really successful. That’s right only 1%.
But those 1% people do things very different than most of the other’s in the industry.
For a start they don’t play around. If they have been working something that does not bring them results quickly, they stop it and try something else. Secondly, they develop a system, most of us don’t realise what their system is and very few notice it, but for those that do it stands out like a sore thumb, and usually the formula is very simple. You rarely see them standing around admiring other people, other people usually stand around admiring them.
So what is the formula, it is simply “You Inc.” That’s it!.
This is the secret formula Randy Gage, Tim Sales, Mike Ray and all MLM/Network Marketing Guru’s earning millions of dollars understand. But will they give out their secrets, “No Way!”
However if you study them, you like me, will see their business model as plain as day.
They don’t write lists of people to approach, they don’t go and drop leaflets in letterboxes, they don’t advertise in newspapers, they don’t wear silly badge’s, they don’t attend Thursday meetings (unless invited and paid to talk at the meeting) they don’t go and approach strangers in the street and hand out sales tools and they don’t send out information packs in the mail hoping they will get it back.
They do however have the choice of people they want to work with by utilizing “You Inc.”
So if you haven’t yet worked out what they do, let me try and explain it to you. You’ve purchased their books, listened to their CD’s and watched their DVD’s. You have admired them from afar, but all the time thinking well how do they really do it, then you listen further and purchase more of their products hoping to get a glimpse of what they really do to attract people to them and what they have done to succeed.
Because you have purchased, listened and watched you now identify with these people and you step into their warm market. Your familiar with them and you see them as someone you can learn from.
If you feel like this how many other people feel this way as well, but then go on to contact their respective Guru that they feel they have benefited from. Wallah! An new lead for the Guru.
It is no secret this is how Guru’s become Guru’s.
They have their own “You Inc” which they use to produce Cashflow, it then allows them to produce more MLM/Network Marketing Training information products which they then sell, inturn enhancing their Guru status. Which of course produces more leads for their MLM/Network Marketing company.
People usually don’t care which company a Guru is with, They just like you want to make money. In fact it is rare for people to know which Guru is involved with which company, unless your involved with a MLM company that massively promotes that such an such Guru is involved with us.
Guru’s don’t market and promote their MLM company they Market and promote themselves and their knowledge, all the time exposing you to their secret, without allowing you the key to unlock it for yourself.
This is the secret to MLM success, it is not the bells and whistles internet site that promises everything and delivers nothing, it is not your go nowhere, do nothing, not interested upline and down line half the time as well. Your friends and family are not necessarily the best people to be in business with (half the time they only join because they feel sorry for you or you have put so much pressure on the that they feel they have to join). But then they will sit back and do nothing anyway, and just let you do all the work. These are the wrong people to be involved in business with.
You only option is to find people like you, people who have drive and actually do want success for themselve’s and want more than the 9-5.
I can tell in a five minute conversation whether I want someone in my team or not. I am looking for the same traits I find in myself and you should be looking for these too as you need to be able to work well with the person who has joined your team.
These are the same traits a Guru looks for in a team member as well.
With all that being said you possibly thinking right now “OK so how did the Guru start this “You inc.” company well first of all they gathered up all the information they had learned whilst trying to build their business and they wrote or had a ghost writer write a book that could contain valuable content for the MLM/Network Marketing industry, they then produce a website so compelling that it sells their book for them. Once they start to make some sales this produces cashflow for their “You Inc.” business once they have some cashflow they produce a CD and so on and so on (this process can take a minimum six months to do). The cashflow that they receive then pays for more materials that they can produce it receive cashflow, it also pays for their monthly purchase from their MLM Company or companies.
If you have a good look at Guru website you will find that they give you a little bit of valuable information, put in some testimonials and have a section their specifically to capture your information. Why do they want your information it is because they can then add you to their newsletter list which you join to gain further educational information, but the Guru’s only just send you enough information to spike your interest in other products they produce. They can them just sit back and wait for the money to role in and people to contact them to join their organisation.
Look at the top earners in your company and they have a “You Inc.” cashflow producing business. Quite often they will have a book, CD or a set of marketing material that they have produced and sell through their downline for them to use to prospect people which further edifies their “You Inc.” business they quite often also sell their products throughout the MLM/Network Marketing industry which of course edifies them as a Guru, therefore having leads contact them. They are the “Hunted instead of the Hunter”.
So how do you get a “You Inc.” business. It is getting harder and harder with so many Guru’s producing every conceivable topic in MLM, just with their own spin on it. But writing a book is an option if you are willing to do anything to succeed and have the time. The other option is to find a really good system that allows you to unlock the key and leverage your efforts. A system that will not only bring you quality leads, but produce cashflow and training for yourself and your downline (The good one’s are few and far between), plus edify your “You Inc.” business as well. If you can do this you will have the foundation for a strong and successful MLM/Network Marketing business.

What Kind of Network Marketing Training is the Best, Most Leveraged and Most Effective?
Posted on 04/21/12 by aamlmtraMost people who get involved with a network marketing opportunity do not even ponder this question. They simply go along with what their sponsor or upline is telling them about training and take their word for it.
The argument is, “These people are successful in this company so if I listen to them and do what they tell me, then I too will also become successful.”
Well that’s all fine and dandy, sure you can model yourself after some of the more successful reps in your company, but you must ask yourself this question:
“Is there a better way to build a network marketing business right now? Is there a more effective or more leveraged way to build my business that I might not have thought of or am being taught?”
In most scenarios the answer is 100% YES!
The truth is that the most successful people in this industry are actually those who have gone out and developed their own system for success. These people are independent thinkers and have the mentality of true business owners. In essence they are viewed as professionals and NOT just clones of company abc.
If there is a ‘Best’ training out there, then it is training and education that would encourage the development of your MARKETING skills as well as challenge them. This type of training should also encourage the use of LEVERAGE in order to maximize your results.
Now, before I go any further I want to address the typical response of a network marketing upline when a distributor starts to ‘go against the grain.’
Most uplines will tell you, ‘Don’t try to reinvent the wheel, just work the system we have in place and it will happen.’
Well in my opinion, if the wheel that I am using is slow, rusted and only works for a small percentage; then I’m going to go out and find a new wheel that is faster, more efficient and will work on a more predictable basis.
The point I am trying to make is that, it is not necessary to reinvent the wheel; you just need to use one that will work better for you.
For example:
Old Wheel: Bringing you friends and family to hyped up opportunity presentations, or prospecting complete strangers at the grocery store, Wendy’s, Wal-Mart, etc. Maybe even doing a 3-way with a big shot in your company, and trying to convince your prospects to try your products.
New Wheel: Placing your marketing messages in areas where your target market will see it and respond on their own time; thus, attracting them to you and having them hunt you down, wanting to know what you are offering.
Now, do both of these wheels work?
Absolutely, there are lots of people that still use the “Old Wheel” approach and get some kind of results, but what you want is a predictable system that gets the quickest and easiest results over and over again, right?
So, it’s not a matter of being taught methods that are completely wrong or don’t work; it’s a matter of, if there is a way to build a network marketing business in a more effective and leveraged manner on a predictable basis, isn’t it worth looking at?
It is human nature to be afraid of change, but change is actually what keeps the world interesting and evolving. Network marketing companies themselves change and adapt to the marketplace all the time to stay ahead of the competition; however, most of the reps that make up these companies do not.
You as a distributor need to have the mentality of a business owner and not the mentality of an employee or clone. When it boils down to it, what really matters is if your efforts really are all that effective and if you are getting the results you desire.
I used to be a clone of a network marketing company. I attended all of the meetings, all of the company conventions, all of the conference calls, and I followed the ‘system’ that my upline had taught me to the exact! I worked extremely hard, and muted out anyone that tried to tell me anything other than what the big shots in my company had taught me.
When I finally did step back and take a look around, I realized that nothing my upline taught me really matters unless I am producing actual results.
From that moment on I took on a new approach to building a network marketing business and haven’t looked back since!
So I challenge and encourage you to look at your business right now and ask yourself: “Is what I am doing the most effective way to build my business? Am I getting the kind of results I am after on a consistent basis?” If you can say yes to those questions then keep it up! If your answer is no, then it may be time to seek out some alternative forms of training.
Understand this, this industry is called network MARKETING, not network convincing or network prospecting.
So, if you learn how to market effectively, then you will get the results you are after and will have a greater respect for your prospects.
To answer the question I stated in the title of this article: What kind of network marketing training is the best?
In my opinion, it is training that teaches you how to develop a system in a highly leveraged vehicle that delivers predictable results on a passive basis. Plain and simple!

Posted on 04/18/12 by aamlmtraIn the past, I have been in network marketing with minimal success and lots of failure. Over my years being in and out of the industry, I have discovered mistakes that I and many of my fellow network marketers made before quitting or making it big in the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry.
The following is a list of the four (4) biggest mistakes that network marketers make:
1. Trying to convince untargeted prospects: Something they tell you in network marketing training seminars is to talk to anybody using the 3-foot rule. No matter how good you think you are in face-to-face selling, you can not convince somebody to accept an idea if they are not sold on that idea themselves. If you DO have good face-to-face or belly-to-belly selling skills, then, by all means, close the sale and get them signed up into your business. In corporate America, making a one-time sale works. However, in network marketing, you, as the sponsor, should then guide your new recruit in the right direction to success in network marketing. Otherwise, your new distributors will end up dropping out of the program and never speak to you again. Your relationship with your new distributors is an ongoing process and never stops.
2. Starting a conversation off about their business opportunity: The fact of the matter is nobody is going to give a hoot about your network marketing business opportunity. What prospects ARE interested is how a particular business can benefit them or help them solve a problem. Does your business have a unique weight loss formula that is sure to work? Does your business have a very powerful cleanser to clean out the gunk in their gastrointestinal tracts? If prospects view you as somebody who gives them value in their lives and who helps them solve their problems, then they will have no problems signing up with you. Therefore, focus on what is going to benefit the prospect and not benefit you.
3. Wasting time doing follow-ups on prospects that show no interest: Following up is a good thing with network marketing. However, following up on uninterested prospects is a definite waste of time. If you call a prospect to do a follow up once or twice, go no further. Many times, I have seen newbie distributors call their prospects up to 7 or 8 times to join their business. Believe me, I did this too. If prospects do not call you back after your second call to them, don’t even bother with them. Some network marketers say not to go any further past the FIRST follow-up phone call. It is your choice.
4. Trying to build their network marketing business by branding their own sponsor as the expert: I have seen newbie distributors make this mistake far too often. They get on a conference call with their prospect and their sponsor or upline. I do not like this idea because if you let your sponsor do all the talking to your prospect, you are branding your sponsor as the expert and not you. Then your prospect is more likely to work with your sponsor and NOT you. In network marketing, what you really want to do is brand yourself as the expert in the industry so that prospects will be more focused on you as the expert. An expert is that somebody who can help them solve their problems either in weight loss, nutrition, getting leads for their MLM business, etc. The more that people view you as an expert, the more you will have prospects signing up into your downline to do business with you. If you feel you are not an expert, then attend those MLM training classes that your company offers. You can also find a training system that trains you on how to do network marketing over the internet. That is what those courses are for. Don’t be afraid to invest in your education in network marketing.
Think of network marketing as a profession. It is a profession that requires you to study, read up, and/or teach others how to become successful. After all, the best network marketers never stop learning. Learn from the mistakes I have spelled out here or learn from your own mistakes. Everybody is going to make mistakes when they first start out in network marketing. I should know. I’ve been through a ton of MLM companies with little success because I never corrected my mistakes or did anything new. However, it is those, who learn not to make those mistakes again, that will succeed.

MLM Training – How to Overcome the “No Time” and “No Money” Objection
Posted on 04/16/12 by aamlmtraIf you want to be successful in building your MLM business you must know how to overcome many objections. Read this MLM training tip and learn the secret behind getting prospects over the “no time” and “no money” objections.
I recently received this question:
A problem I face is: “How would you handle an objection based on not having enough money or time? These are the two I seem to get over and over. Thank you.”
You are not the first to hear these objections!
Absolutely everyone who has ever come to me for MLM training has had to answer these objections from many prospects! These objections are what I call “common objections.” Meaning you’ll get them frequently. The reason they are common is because they are an “escape” for the prospect.
“Escape” from what?
Getting what they want. I know that seems odd – but it’s the truth.
Let me explain this better.
By the way, this is fully explained with examples in my MLM training CD Professional Inviter. I highly recommend you study the section on handling objections. You are at such a disadvantage if you don’t fully know this information.
Envision this – your prospect has something they want or need – more time, more money, a boat, a plane, new golf clubs, etc. Why is it a “want” or a “need” to them? Because they don’t have it yet. Why don’t they have it? Because they can’t get it on their own – obviously so, otherwise they’d have it! They need someone to help them get it.
This is where it gets very interesting so read closely!
The “escape” they’ve used before (to themselves and others) is “I don’t have ______.” The blank is filled in with some “phrase” that has always given them an escape because truthfully they don’t believe they can get what they want.
Since this seems a little weird, let me give you an example (unrelated to MLM).
I was helping a company write a post card ad for their personal fitness training business. They were trying to get new clients. I asked several questions and finally came up with this ad:
“Sure you can get in shape on your own – but why haven’t you? Admit you need help! Whether its knowledge or discipline, something is obviously missing otherwise you’d have the body you want. Let me help you.”
You see, a person who “wants” to get in shape “pretends they don’t need help.” But they obviously do! A person “getting” in shape is at the gym!
Now let me bring it back to MLM. A prospect says (in her mind as well as to you) that she wants a brand new car. Truthfully she doesn’t really believe she can get it and she has proof she can’t get it – because there is no new car in the driveway!
This lack of belief is what causes prospects to state something like, “I don’t have time.”
When I was brand new in my MLM business, I brought a prospect to an opportunity meeting where the speaker was making $40,000 per month. After the meeting I asked Jim if he was ready to get started and he said, “I don’t have the time.” That was the strangest thing I’d ever heard. Why was it that he had time to make $1500 a month, but he didn’t have the time to make $40,000 a month?
That mystery is what caused me to realize that “no time” or “no money” are not the real objections. If a person really believed they could make $40,000 a month they would attack the business.
I was recently at a live MLM training event and someone came up to talk to me after I spoke and was telling me why they couldn’t make the business work. All her problems had to do with not being able to properly talk with her prospects. I gave her some verbal solutions and she replied, “Wow that makes a lot of sense.” I then told her about Professional Inviter, which teaches network marketers exactly how to effectively talk with prospects. Guess what she said to me? “I don’t have the money.”
Now – does she really believe she can learn to do the business? No! For the cost of a shirt or two in her closet she could solve the reason she’s failing in MLM. Instead she would rather use her escape.
See how it works?
So, the way you really handle the objection is follow the objection handling remedy in Professional Inviter:
1. Listen completely through the question/objection.
2. Confirm understanding.
3. Make the question or objection valid to the prospect.
4. Handle or facilitate handling Questions and/or Objections.
5. Complete the handling and return to the previous step of the Inviting formula
The absolute key is step #4.
You do everything you can to facilitate handling the objection; instead of handling it for them. The prospect is one who decided on their escape – only they can remove it. I sincerely hope this MLM training tip helps you the next time a prospect tells you he doesn’t have enough time, or she doesn’t have the money.

Network marketing companies operate internationally througout all the major continents and are expanding all the time. 3) It’s international – your business is not limited to your town, city or state, it’s worldwide!
4) You can connect with people during optimal times (6pm-8pm) in hours outside yours, giving you a wider range of people to contact.
5) You can close 100s if not 1000s of people on teleconferencing lines, rather than one at time with face to face meetings.
6) It means people can contact you if they are encouraged to by others, or find out that you are an expert in what you do and ask for your advice.
7) It is a skill that is learnt, you are not born with it.
You can train your entire downline on teleconference calls rather than meeting with them in halls
9) It’s convenient you do not even have to step outside your house to close 500 people on your product, train 1000 people in your downline or close one person on your product.
